Tim Grant was commissioned to build all custom built millwork, doors, kitchen & stonework.

SOHO, Greene Street between Prince and Spring, cast iron boutique condo building built in the 1860s on a cobble stone block. Three Penthouses meticulously combined and renovated. Custom designed doors that were flown in from Paris. 20 foot tall windows, 36 foot ceilings, Italian plaster. Interior measures 7000 square feet and exterior 4000 sf, 85 foot living room. Glass floating staircase, Chef's Kitchen designed by Philippe Starck.
